The Earthcon Service Delivery Model is the key to providing highest quality service to our clients regardless of location around the world. At the core of our model is the Account team that Earthcon would assemble for this appointment. The Client will receive the undivided attention of a team of professionals who are skilled in managing a wide range of buildings and project types. The primary objective of Earthcon project management team is to manage the design and fit-out process, reduce risk, and control costs during every phase of a project, from site evaluation to project completion.

Earthcon has assembled a team with exceptional qualifications and extensive individual and collective experience in project management services.  The Account Team members were chosen based upon their experience with similar projects and their expertise as it relates goals and objectives.

The project will be controlled and closely monitored by the Project Control Group (PCG) consisting of key people involved in the project. Weekly PCG meetings will be held, and the Project Manager will set an agenda for the meeting. The agenda and the minutes of themeeting will be circulated through the office of the Project Manager to each member of the PCG the day following each meeting.

Site reports are prepared by Earthcon’s Project Coordinator in a prescribed format allowing the Project Manager to maintain close control over the project. The Project Manager, through Periodic Progress Reports encompassing all vitals of the project including a tracking Gantt chart, update clients of the progress of the project.

Earthcon would seek to implement the systems and process/procedures that have been developed over the last 5 years. Previous experiences with similar sized projects would thereby ensure effective management of this project. The execution plan as well as the different formats that Earthcon would use throughout the course of this project can be demonstrated and explained.
